Congratulations on your decision to become part of the RAI family. Welcome to our community! Enclosed are the registration materials you will need to finalize your child’s enrollment at RAI Digital Charter High.

The following forms need to be completed, signed, and returned in order to process your application. You may obtain the forms by contacting our office staff or download the forms directly from this site.

• Supplemental Admission Form
• Emergency Information
• Questionnaire
• Acknowledgement of Receipt of Handbook
• Release of Information to Military Recruiters
• Release of Information from Prior School
• Field Trip Release of Liability

We will also need a copy of the following documents :

• Documentation of Residency (2)
• Proof of Age (Birth Certificate)
• Immunization Records
• Copy of Report Card from Prior School

Finally, we will also require the following essay from the student:

• A letter from the student explaining in one or two pages why the student would be interested in becoming a member of the RAI Digital Charter High student body

Once your application is reviewed, you will be notified of acceptance into RAI Digital High. The student and at least one parent will need to attend a training workshop on the necessary technologies and installation of necessary software. The training workshops will also provide an overview of what the school expects of the student and his or her family, what the family should expect of the school, and the operation of relevant technologies. The teachers will provide the training and introduce themselves to all of the students. The office staff will contact with the exact dates and times of the workshops.
